Explore the Far Eastern Lake District (2 days)
The Far Eastern Lake District is the quieter part of the Lake District. It has many hidden gems worth exploring. Get away from the crowds and off the beaten track. Spy herds of red deer as they wander undisturbed and may be get a glimpse of a Golden Eagle! Find out how the Haweswater valley has changed over the last century with the building of the dam and flooding of the area. Haweswater and Swindale offer the walker a range of peaks to enjoy, and also wonderful valley walks and the old Corpse route, connecting the two valleys. Let Eden Outdoor Adventures help you discover this beautiful and less visited part of the National Park.
Some routes have reasonable amounts of up and down requiring a good level of fitness and some previous summer hill walking experience. However, routes can be tailored to suit your needs.
